Amazing Race Remote

The Amazing Race Remote Challenge is an online team building activity that is designed specifically for remote workers. It is a digital online event to train goal-oriented teamwork and online communication. Whether your employees are remote working newcomers or professionals, our live event provides variety, fun and exchange at home.

Our Event Manager welcomes the participants in a virtual video chat room and briefly explains the rules of the Home Office Challenge. Each participant is assigned to a team and off you go.

The goal of the challenge is to complete photo missions together with your team and collect points. Sometimes it is important to be fast, other times cleverness and creativity are required. Agreements within the team and a clear allocation of roles are important factors to emerge as the winner in the end.

For example, a well-known proverb must be selected in order to then illustrate it visually. Whether you are "as blind as a bat" or "live like a lord", this highlight photo assignment requires not only creativity but also fast implementation skills. For another task, you have to get at least 6 of 10 objects on one photo. The crux of the matter is, the countdown is running and there is only 2 minutes time to complete this task. If you find all 10, the bonus points will catapult you and your team forward. Once a mission is completed, the next one is already underway. Searching, building and fiddling is the order of the day. The excitement, score and degree of difficulty increase from mission to mission. The framework is set solely by the time and the common vision to achieve the maximum score for his team. Each team member is extremely important, because spontaneity, interaction and creativity are equally important.

The technical requirements for this innovative online team event are low. The smartphone and laptop or computer with webcam are all the participant needs. We use your or our videoconferencing solution for the event implementation. But be warned: put on pants, because getting up is desired.

Of course, you will receive all the photos taken at the end as a souvenir. For example, let your employees choose the "Picture of the day" afterwards so that this event will be remembered for a long time.
