Our FAQ’s should help to answer quickly and straightforward to the most frequently asked questions. Please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email for individual questions so we can make your event unforgettable and successful.

How much time do we need to allocate for a tabevent?

You can determine your own event duration from 1.5 – 3 hours. Due to our experience, the game concept and the goal to enthuse all participants, we advise to an event duration of 2 – 3 hours including briefing, challenge, return and award ceremony for our outdoor events. For our indoor activities we also have great and entertaining game designs starting from 1.5 hours. 

How does the minimum price work?

For each of our event concept we have callculated a minimum price, that covers all costs which are connected with this service. This minimum price secures our continued existence and future viability as a company. You have not enough participants to exploit the minimum price? Why don't you enthuse other departments and come together for a great event? This is a great opportunity to encourage collaboration and above all it is budget friendly.

How and when do I need to communicate the final amount of participants?

It happens from time to time that participants cancel at short notice. An adaptation of the number of participants under 10 % of the agreed total number of participants is possible until 7 days prior to the beginning of the event. Please read § 6 in our general terms and conditions to find out more about this topic. 

What do we do when it is raining?

The sunshine button is still in progress and we can guarantee our sunshine option only for the tabevents crew at the moment. Please don’t worry, our outdoor concepts work anytime and in any weather. If it is snowing or raining our teams are equipped with rain ponchos and many cities offer the possibility to take shortly a shelter if it is down pouring. Because of the high degree of freedom of out concepts, our teams decide on their own with which speed they discover the city. The only thing important is: please inform your participants that they will anticipate at an outdoor event and that they should dress according to the season and weather forecast. Can we make the team arrangement ourselves?

Whether you want to make a spontanious team arrangement on the spot or whether you want to organize it in advance. Both options are possible. If you have no special wishes we proceed as follows:  

Group size up to 50 participants: the team arrangement will be determined randomly through our event leader on-site.
Group size over 50 participants: you will decide on the team arrangement before the event. A list of all participants needs to be handed over to tabevents at latest 7 days before the event starts.
