    SIGA staff event „Every Step Counts“

    Every two years in September, SIGA employees from 22 countries meet for a staff event at the company's Swiss headquarter near Lucerne. In 2018, the motto of the event was "Every Step Counts", which included a visit to the new Innovation Center in Schachen as well as a digital scavenger hunt with tabevents. The SIGA vision and the involvement of each individual employee were at the forefront on this day.

    Every month, the Balgrist Group welcomed its new employees with a Welcome Day. The focus was set on informative presentations and tours. However, studies have shown that attention during a presentation drops rapidly after 20 minutes at the latest, which is unfavourable for both, speakers and listeners. The Balgrist Group was aware that their Welcome Day had to be completely redesigned for the sake of them and their new employees. The motto was modern, exciting and varied.
