The Human Resources counseling team is on the pulse of the employees and feels that their needs are changing. They want to understand these needs. Also, they want to find out what the employee of tomorrow looks like and what does drives him.
The solution and result
On the grounds of the Vitra Museum in Weil am Rhein, the participants had to overcome different “challenges of tomorrow”. The Human Resource counselling team was literally spiked into the future with a time travel. tabevents embedded futuristic questions and made it possible to experience what the future could be like. The journey allowed them to look at possible problems in the future and created an inspiring atmosphere.
The tabevents technology allowed the participants a fantastic outlook and they faced the unique complexities and challenges around the new potential working methods of the personal consultant of the future. The elaborated approaches were transformed into reality with a coach in the afternoon.
