MCH Summer Event

The Brief

The MCH Group is a leading international live-marketing group of companies active in all segments of the event market. It creates first-class marketing platforms in the form of leading international and national exhibitions such as Art Basel.

At this year's summer event, the MHC Group wanted to thank its employees and reward them with a great program. For this reason, the emphasis should be on fun, reward and the inclusion of a digital and mobile solution.


After a short introduction in the fair's own premises, 14 teams started the adventure of digital scavenger hunting. The city festival "Em Bebbi sy Jazz", which took place at the same time, was integrated into the event. The participants discovered the city of Basel in a new way on, in and beside the water.

The mobile high-tech scavenger hunt from tabevents made it obvious to the MCH employees that technology doesn't have to be complicated, can be fun and, above all, provides useful real-time information. The real-time data exchange ensured that the teams could adapt their strategy at any time and react and act according to the situation. This ability is necessary in many business areas, because decisions or strategies that work well in today's environment will not generate the desired returns tomorrow.

At the end of the game, the teams could enjoy a refreshing aperitif in the city centre. The big showdown was integrated into the dinner, during which the participants had a long discussion about the different strategies and solutions.
