Migros Christmas Event

The Brief

Our client wanted to thank his team in a special way and at the same time, give an outlook on 2014 after an intense but successful year. Therefore, this event was focused on fun, action, team experience and the integration of major topics for 2014.

The Solution and Result

The briefing and reception took place on the premises of Migros Limmatplatz. This perfect location in the middle of the gaming area allowed the teams to immediately head towards Zurich West. Besides a wide variety of tricky team tasks, funny anecdotes of the Migros founder “Duttwiler” and of course the new trend district of Zurich West were included. In addition, the teams had to solve specific tasks in different Migros stores. Once they finished the challenge the teams arrived at end location and were served a warm mulled wine. The highlight was  the exciting award ceremony.

Right from the beginning all teams were eager and ambitious due to the exciting technology and the interesting challenges. Besides a lot of fun, we integrated important core topics such as branding, pricing and POS which are on the agenda of the marketing team. The participants still talked about their experiences at dinner which showed the high involvement of all participants.
