The AXA Group is one of the world's largest insurers. It employs over 160,000 people around the globe.

The dynamic insurance company attaches great importance to the continuous development of its products and services. The fast and continuously progressing digitalization is a great challenge for the customer relationship. For its general agents from all over Switzerland, AXA wanted on the one hand to take up this challenge with an event based on digital technologies and on the other hand to address the topic of digitisation in an emotional way.

The Solution and Result

In many companies, the focus is on automating processes, technically integrating and connecting partners and thus making cooperation more efficient and easier for both sides. tabevents provided an active and eventful afternoon during the three-day meeting and workshop in the Congress Center Basel, where exactly this focus was made playfully experienced. The participants went on a digital journey of discovery, in which the movement in the fresh air between the presentations and workshop was a welcome change. In addition, real-time communication allowed all teams to review, adjust or intensify their situation at any time. The easy operation of all devices took away the participants' fear of the technology and they became aware of the possibilities offered by the advancing digitalization. The active part of the second day created a dynamic highlight, which was taken along to the last day of the General Agents' Conference.
