Business Game
The successful Welcome Day Team Rally is followed by the individual Business Games. During the game, the participants have to work out solutions, look for clues, combine and analyse them and use their intellect, skill and creativity.
The level of difficulty of the game can be defined variably and, in addition to company-specific knowledge, the company history, corporate values and/or visions and strategies can be brought to life. You define the content of your business game and these games can be used across all age groups, educational levels and genders.
The business game can be played on site, i.e. in a stationary meeting room, or remotely and networked across several locations. Perhaps you are looking for a solution to convey a specific topic in an innovative and exciting way? At the same time, you have the opportunity to present yourself as a likeable and innovative company.

With this game, we encourage the communicative skills of the participants. This includes giving and receiving feedback. The capacity for dialogue, the active listening and engaging in the views and arguments of others are basic elements for mutual trust and to prevent possible misunderstandings.
